The Apex approach
- Call discovery: This is when we try to find out about your requirements to make sure we are the best fit for you and your upcoming project. We will discuss the project, your timeline, budget, and what we can offer in order to achieve your goals. During the call we will schedule the in-home visit.
- In-Home visit: We will visit your home to view the site that needs our services. We will draw floor plans with detailed measurements, take photographs and discuss with you how we will approach the project and address all your concerns and/or questions.
- Showroom visit: Come visit our showroom to view the products and services we have to offer. Our trained team of specialists will discuss with you how we will approach the project and address all your concerns and/or questions.
- Build & deliver: At this stage, design has been finalized, materials have been ordered and awaiting delivery. Prior to starting the build stage, we will provide a timeline of all tasks that will be undertaken and the resources assigned to each. We will provide you with daily updates on progress.
